2020 Project Documents
- Request for Termination letter from Swenson Builder to Board of Supervisors August 28, 2020
- The 7th and Brommer Exclusive Negotiation Agreement Termination was approved by the Board of Supervisors September 15, 2020.
2018 Project Documents
- The 2018 Exclusive Negotiating Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors as the Board of the Santa Cruz County Redevelopment successor Agency on August 28, 2018.
2017 Project Documents
- The 2017 Hospitality Development Opportunity (RFQ) document was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 6 and released on June 7, 2017.
- The 2017 Hospitality Development Opportunity (RFQ) Addendum #1 was released July 13, 2017.
- The Redevelopment Successor Agency Long Range Management Plan addresses the disposition and use of unencumbered real property assets that were owned by the former Redevelopment Agency.
- The Valbridge Property Advisers Appraisal Report was published June 16, 2016 and provides a professional appraisal of the value of the subject property and its suitability for the proposed development.
- The Staff Report from Agenda Item 52 for the June 5, 2007 Board of Supervisors meeting, for acquisition of the property at 7th and Brommer.
- The June 14, 2005 Parks, Open Space & Cultural Services Department letter to the Board of Supervisors, recommending the acquisition of the 7th and Brommer property for addition into the County Park System.
- The Santa Cruz County General Plan and Local Coastal Program is the guiding document for all development within the County.
7th and Brommer 2016 Project (cancelled) Documents
- The 2016 Hospitality Development Opportunity (RFQ) document is the "Request for Qualifications" issued June 28, 2016, soliciting statements of qualifications and a preliminary vision from developers to develop a visitor-serving commercial project on the 7th and Brommer property.
- The County's Addendum #1 to the 2016 RFQ includes all questions submitted in writing to Kevin Bratcher of the County Economic Development Department and the corresponding answers, as of July 26, 2016.
